Mandeep Singh
I’m Mandeep Singh, Head of Operations at FinnishLine Growth Oy and Co-Founder of Elfix.in. I oversee cross-border operations, financial systems and process optimization for a growing international student recruitment network operating between India and Finland.
My work focuses on improving operational efficiency, managing finance and compliance and implementing technology-driven systems such as CRM platforms and automation tools that bring greater transparency and scalability to international student recruitment and digital business operations.
With a background in software engineering and strong experience in finance, CRM systems and digital automation, I bring a unique combination of technical and operational expertise to build efficient systems, streamline workflows and support sustainable business growth.
